Royal Pines Estates Vacation Packages

Location for us was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very nice.

Breakfast was good they had a good verify of choices

The rooms were dirty, old and outdated. The tv was an old flat screen with the big back. Staff wasn't kind or welcoming. They post pet free and smoke free but they had a big dog at the front desk and you could smell the weed and black and mild before you even enter the reception area. Old thing good was the air condition and the water pressure. Bed linen was old, carpets dirty. Very atrocious and this was my worst stay at a hotel. Sorry but I wish I could give 0 stars

Well the stay overall was very pleasant. My main concern and its a small one but still impactful was the coffee was never hot no matter what time I got some. It was always a warm and I had to heat it in the microwave. The was the coffee that is always available in the lobby...not in the rooms. Other than that, the stay was very nice. Oh... I am always used to having waffles at a continental breakfast but we were told they only offer waffles on the weekend. I joked that this hotel was too grown for me if they didnt offer waffles at breakfast...lol. Again, great stay and I would definitely return.
